We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager (Tangerang/Bandung/Semarang) to lead our regional partner acquisition and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will balance strategic team leadership with active field execution, coaching your team, building relationships with local business owners, and personally helping close high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- SDR Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and scale an SDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation; set clear activity targets and assist with pitches and objection handling.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify high-fit businesses, run meetings with local operators, negotiate agreements, and bring new partners onto the Atlas Capture network.
- Field Engagement: Actively meet prospects in the field to evaluate site suitability and support the SDR team during critical partner conversations.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Partner closely with Operations teams to ensure a smooth, fast transition from "deal closed" to a live operational site.
- Pipeline Discipline: Maintain rigorous CRM updates, tracking opportunities diligently from initial outreach to signed contract.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
- Leadership: Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing SDRs or junior sales professionals.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and pipeline management (CRM) discipline.
- Language: Must speak English fluently.
- Preferred: Experience in field sales, local business partnerships, or fast-growing startup environments.
