Job Summary:
This role ensures the accuracy of documentation, coordination of communication, and preparation of reports that support Business Development Department. The incumbent is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all assigned duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development Department.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of proposals, presentations, and other supporting documents required.
- Manage and organize documentation for contracts, agreements, and other official business development records.
- Ensure all administrative tasks and reporting processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a Business Development or related department.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration.
- Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and high integrity in handling confidential information.
