Role Overview:
We are seeking a Logistics Manager based in Bali to lead our logistics operations from our factory. You will manage international shipments, domestic distribution, and overall supply chain efficiency, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage export/import shipments to Finland, USA, and within Indonesia.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian, EU, and US customs regulations.
Plan, forecast, and optimize logistics operations.
Coordinate between production, warehouse, and sales teams.
Manage freight forwarders, multimodal transport, and costs.
Track KPIs and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
5+ years in logistics/supply chain, with 2–3 years in international logistics.
Experience managing freight forwarders and multimodal transport.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and customs processes.
Excellent English communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in ERP, WMS, TMS, and Excel/BI tools.
Must be based in Bali
