Qualifications:
·Medical Allied Graduates / Board Passers (Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy)
·Medical Allied Undergraduates (at least 3rd year completed)
·Experience in HMO or Insurance (LOA Issuer or Claims Processor) is an advantage
·Non-Medical Graduates with at least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
·Good English and Tagalog communication skills
·Computer literate
·Willing to work on shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
· Provides the highest standards of service to members regarding general inquiries on
benefit utilization, LOA issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, and other
related concerns.
· Handles member complaints and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions consistently
and professionally.
· Meets service-level targets by achieving high productivity within predetermined
timeframes.
· Coordinates with the technical team, insurers, brokers, or service providers to meet
· Performs other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
