Overview of the position
Traceability Admin will be pesponsible for the administration, data management, and compliance of the product traceability system for certified coffee in the Lampung region. The primary focus is on ensuring compliance with EUDR documentation and managing the Chain of Custody (CoC) from farmers to the warehouse.
Responsibilities
CoC Administration: Provide entry data and verification for the Chain of Custody (CoC) of coffee when coffee coming.
Input list farmers to VEGA system.
EUDR Compliance: Ensure the availability and validity of EUDR compliance within farmer list (BPM or GMR).
System Management: Ensure that traceability runs according to established rules and procedures.
Stock Analysis: Analyze the balance stock for certified coffee products.
Reporting: Create reports on coffee availability data and report to the relevant teams (Sustainability and Purchasing).
Weekly Report delivery of the EUDR/certification coffee.
Preparation stock base on in-out raw material for audit process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in relevant fields.
Experienced in managing data within ERP/WMS systems or advanced inventory databases.
Proven ability in administering and verifying Chain of Custody (CoC) documents. Familiar with EUDR compliance documentation standards or similar regulatory traceability requirements. Experienced incertification schemes related to Coffee (e.g., 4C, AtSource, RA).
Skilled in generating and analyzing stock reports and reconciling inventory data. Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and material flow is desirable.
High attention to detail and quality.
Good communication skills, written and oral.
