As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance members. You will assist with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, claims, billing, appointments, eligibility, and other account-related concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, eligibility, claims, billing, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and following company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and patient information in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be a K 12 Graduate (New Curriculum) with at least 3 to 6 months international BPO Experience
- For College Graduate - No work experience needed.
