Role Summary

The Chief Digital Assets Officer (CDAO) is responsible for leading the organization's digital assets strategy, including tokenized assets, digital securities, cryptocurrencies, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), custody solutions, and blockchain-enabled financial products. Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Assets Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's digital assets and tokenization strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for digital asset adoption, monetization, and business growth.
  • Advise the CEO, Board, and executive leadership on digital asset trends, risks, and market developments.
  • Establish long-term digital asset roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.

2. Digital Asset Product Development

  • Lead the creation and commercialization of digital asset products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Computer Science, Law, or related field.
  • MBA, Master's degree, CFA, JD/LLB, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services, capital markets, asset management, fintech, digital assets, or blockchain-related sectors.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role.
  • Proven experience with digital assets, tokenization, digital securities, custody, or blockchain-enabled financial products.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial regulations, custody operations, and digital asset ecosystems.
