DFP Recruitment is seeking experienced Administration Officers for a short-term assignment with a Queensland Government agency based in Brisbane CBD. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy processing work, working with systems, and applying a high level of accuracy when assessing information.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing applications, checking supporting documentation, processing approvals, and contacting customers when additional information is required.
 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Review and assess online applications.
  • Verify documentation, process approvals and update systems.
  • Make outbound calls to gather missing information.
  • Respond to general enquiries.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
  • Strong administration and data processing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence using multiple software systems.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
