Position: Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Gold Coast, PIK, North Jakarta
Job Description :
Communicate actively in Mandarin for daily operations
Handle daily operations related to freight forwarding & international logistics
Coordinate with overseas agents, partners, and clients
Prepare and manage shipping documents (export/import)
Understand customs clearance procedures and be able to coordinate with related parties for import/export processes
Job Requirements :
Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 4 or higher)
Experience in freight forwarding / international logistics is required
Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
Career plan: Operations Specialist → Senior Operations → Supervisor → Assistant Manager → Manager
