Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, psychological assessment coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting.
Develop and implement Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, OJT programs, competency development, and training effectiveness evaluation.
Coordinate the company's Performance Management System by facilitating KPI cascading, performance appraisal, coaching, and Performance Improvement Programs (PIP).
Drive Talent Management initiatives through competency mapping, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and employee development programs.
Maintain HR data, dashboards, and analytics by monitoring key HR metrics such as recruitment performance, training effectiveness, turnover, competency gaps, and succession coverage.
Collaborate with department managers to identify organizational capability needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives.
Ensure HR Development processes, documentation, and practices comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and quality management system requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Experience handling recruitment, competency assessment, and training management.
Familiar with KPI management, performance appraisal, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and HRIS is an advantage.
Able to conduct competency-based interviews and prepare assessment summaries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
