Qualifications :
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Sociology or Sociology Education with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for instructional purposes.
Open to fresh graduates; teaching experience, internships, or assistant teaching experience are considered an advantage.
Experience teaching Olympiad preparation, Cambridge curriculum, or UTBK-SNBT is a strong plus.
Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, strong communication skills, and genuine care for student development.
Possesses good character, high integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and academic literacy.
Able to utilize educational technology and implement innovative teaching methods.
