Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the operations of assigned stores by conducting regular store visits, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit 2–4 assigned stores daily to monitor operations and sales performance.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and store compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with store personnel regarding sales targets, promotions, and operational concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on store visits, sales updates, and field observations.
- Assist in implementing marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Address concerns raised by store staff and provide timely feedback to management.
- Maintain good relationships with store supervisors, merchandisers, and clients.
