Job Summary
The Logistics / Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily logistics and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory records, monitoring deliveries, preparing operational documents, and assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics and operations.
OFFICE Location - BSD Tangerang Selatan
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Support
Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
Arrange transportation and delivery schedules with vendors and carriers.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all logistics activities.
Operations Support
Assist in daily operational processes and workflow coordination.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and operational transactions.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
Support operational planning and reporting.
Administrative Duties
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries.
Maintain organized filing systems for logistics and operational documents.
Update databases and company systems with accurate information.
Handle correspondence related to logistics and operations matters.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
