We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our Retirement Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering new hire training, conducting refresher sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet business objectives. You will collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, monitor trainee performance, and drive continuous learning initiatives while maintaining compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college education with no back subjects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retirement Services.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Willing to work onsite.
