Job Title: Arabic Cuisine & Grill Chef
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
Open to Arabic or any other nationality with strong experience in Arabic cuisine and grilled food.
Proven experience in preparing Middle Eastern and Arabic dishes, especially charcoal grills, kebabs, kofta, chicken, and other grilled items.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
Able to maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Good understanding of kitchen operations and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
Creative, responsible, and passionate about food.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
Handle and manage the grill station efficiently.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
