Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Melakukan instalasi dan aktivasi pasang baru (PSB) jaringan internet FTTH ke rumah atau kantor pelanggan.

• Melakukan penarikan kabel drop core fiber optik dari ODP ke perangkat ONT pelanggan sesuai standar estetika dan keamanan.

• Melakukan penyambungan kabel fiber optik menggunakan Splicer dan melakukan pengetesan redaman menggunakan OPM.

• Melakukan instalasi kabel LAN (UTP), crimping RJ45, dan konfigurasi basic perangkat Wi-Fi/ONT di sisi pelanggan.

• Merespons dan menyelesaikan tiket gangguan fisik (kabel putus, redaman tinggi, perangkat mati) dari pelanggan secara cepat dan tepat.

• Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Network Administrator (SysAdmin) terkait aktivasi dan troubleshooting jaringan serta tim Finance mengenai Billing.
