The Role
The Guest Experience Associate ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You'll manage the front-of-house experience, handle reservations, and support the seamless daily operations of the studio.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression
Manage reservations, scheduling, and membership inquiries
Handle front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
Guide guests through our facilities and service offerings
Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with care
Support studio operations and maintain a polished, inviting environment
Collaborate with the team to continuously elevate the guest experience
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience or skills in Guest Experience and Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in managing Reservations and scheduling systems
Ability to deliver personalized service with attention to detail
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
Professional demeanor and time management skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English preferred
Nice to Have:
Background in hospitality, spa, fitness, or premium retail
Personal interest in wellness, fitness, or recovery practices
Experience with booking platforms or POS systems
