Join Floating Leaf Eco Retreat & The Bodhi Leaf Wellness and help grow two purpose-driven wellness brands.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute commercial growth strategies
Build partnerships with retreat leaders and wellness professionals
Drive sales growth and improve conversion
Optimize CRM, sales systems, and SOPs
Lead, coach, and support the sales team
Identify new business and revenue opportunities
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Growth
Thinks strategically and executes effectively
Takes ownership and delivers measurable results
Enjoys building businesses, not just managing them
