Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
Lead Organization Development, Capability Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Reward Management initiatives
Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and organizational effectiveness programs
Formulate and continuously enhance the organization's compensation, benefits and reward strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent
Lead job evaluation, job grading, salary structure review and compensation benchmarking initiatives
Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to ensure the timely hiring of high quality talent
Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager and Compensation & Benefits Administration Assistant Manager to achieve departmental objectives
Collaborate with business leaders to drive people strategies that support organizational growth
Report directly to the Country Head of Human Resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 6 years in a managerial role
Strong expertise in Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management and Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in formulation compensation, benefits and reward strategies aligned with business objectives
Decent exposure to job evaluation, job grading, salary structure development and market benchamarking
Experience in developing HR strategies, policies and organizational initiatives
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledge of HR analytics and dashboard reporting using Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage
Willing to be based at the Management Office in Bintaro and travel to hospital units as required to support business and operational needs.
