  2. Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pemeliharaan hardware maupun software.
  3. Menangani troubleshooting dan menyelesaikan permasalahan IT secara tepat waktu.
  4. Melakukan monitoring serta pemeliharaan perangkat IT untuk memastikan operasional berjalan dengan baik.
  5. Mendukung pengelolaan akun pengguna, email, website dan akses sistem.
  6. Membantu pelaksanaan proyek IT dan implementasi sistem baru.
  7. Mendokumentasikan permasalahan dan solusi yang diberikan kepada pengguna.
