Lhoopa is looking for an Employee Engagement Supervisor who can turn culture into well-executed employee experiences.
What you’ll own
You will lead the planning and execution of:
- Employee engagement programs
- Company events and activations
- Team buildings and culture rituals
- Recognition programs
- Internal campaigns and employee touchpoints
- Engagement calendars, trackers, reports, and feedback loops
This role needs someone who can bring both energy and structure.
You will work with employees, leaders, teams, suppliers, and partners to make sure every activity is not just fun — but clear, organized, on-brand, and worth people’s time.

What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, HR events, culture programs, internal communications, or corporate events
- Experience running company events, activations, recognition programs, or employee initiatives
- Strong project management and organization skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident, energetic, dependable, and people-oriented
- Startup, BPO, tech, real estate, or high-growth company experience is a plus
