Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate remuneration structures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain fair, consistent, and attractive salary frameworks across all levels and regions/area.
- Create innovative allowance and benefits strategies tailored to the operational needs of retail (e.g., transport, meals, location-based perks)
- Oversee employee insurance programs.
- Design performance-based reward programs that boost motivation and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standard.
- Generate reports and budgeting forecasts to support strategic HR and finance planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Operations and Management to implement effective and responsive C&B policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree any major.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS/Excel/Data tools.
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Up-to-date with labor regulations and retail industry pay trends.
- English is a must.
