Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update manual books of Accounts – Sales Journal, Purchase Journal, General Ledger
· Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and payment processing
· Assist in monthly closings and financial statement preparation
· Work with vendors and clients to resolve billing issues
· Support audits and compliance documentation
· Help develop and improve internal accounting procedures
· Liaise with BIR, SEC and City Hall
· Maintaining Employee’s Alpha list
· Prepare and compute tax returns (2550q, 1702q, 1601c, 0619e & 1601eq)
· Perform other duties the management may assign from time to time
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· 3+ years of accounting experience, or bookkeeping compliance
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems)
· Strong Excel and data analysis skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
