Scope of Work
Design social media content (Instagram posts, stories, reels covers)
Create marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, POS materials)
Design hygo merchandise (t-shirts, jerseys, caps, tumblers, tote bags, event merch, etc.)
Develop packaging visuals and product mockups
Lead campaign visuals for product launches, events, and collaborations
Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats and platforms
Maintain and help evolve hygo's brand guidelines, ensuring all visuals stay on-brand and on-tone
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and founders to translate briefs into high-impact work
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, owning work from concept to final delivery
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (in-house or agency)
Strong portfolio (merchandise, sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma is a plus
Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and design systems
Able to turn creative direction into clean, high-impact visuals — and to give creative direction of your own
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communicator and team player, comfortable working on-site and collaborating in person
Able to balance hands-on execution with a strategic eye for brand consistency
Nice to Have
Genuine interest in fitness, sports, or active lifestyle
Experience designing apparel or physical merchandise
Motion graphics or video editing skills
Experience working with startup or consumer/FMCG brands
Experience mentoring junior designers or managing freelancers
