Job Descriptions

  1. Procurement and expense Management: Assist in the registration, usage record and expense organization of the reserve funds in the mining area. Be responsible for organizing purchase documents, receipts, invoices and other materials, and submit them to the finance department for reimbursement as required. According to the operational requirements of the mining area, assist in on-site material procurement and supplier connection, and prepare a list of qualified suppliers.

  2. Materials and Inventory Management: Responsible for the inbound, outbound and inventory records of daily materials, equipment and consumables in the mining area. Assist in establishing the basic material ledger and management system of the mining area; Regularly take stock of inventory materials to avoid duplicate purchases or inventory shortages.

  3. Administrative affairs management in the mining area: Assist the project leader in completing daily administrative coordination work to ensure smooth operation of the mining area; Be responsible for the application, procurement and distribution management of office supplies and daily materials in the mining area. Be responsible for the daily administrative affairs at the mining area site, including document management, meeting arrangement, and visitor reception, etc.


Job Requirements

  1. Educational Background: College degree or above, majoring in administrative management, finance or related fields is preferred.

  2. Work Experience: Relevant working experience in administration, logistics or mine project operation is preferred.

  3. Competency Requirements: Possess basic financial awareness, be capable of reviewing and organizing expense receipts and purchase records; Have certain capabilities in inventory management and procurement management; Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be capable of handling various on-site affairs. Proficient in using basic office software (Excel, Word).

  4. Language requirements: Those who can communicate in basic English are preferred.

  5. Personal qualities: Diligent and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility. Be able to adapt to the on-site working environment in the mining area; Have a good team spirit.
