Field Sales Representative
Richetec, Inc. (RTI) | Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila
Full-Time | Field-Based | Monday – Friday
About the Role
Richetec, Inc. is a trading company looking for a driven, client-focused Sales Representative to grow our commercial footprint across the semiconductor, electronics, and manufacturing sectors.
This is a field-based B2B sales role. You'll own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to deal closure while building lasting relationships with key corporate accounts. If you're self-motivated, commercially sharp, and thrive outside a cubicle, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do:
Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts across target sectors
- Build and execute territory coverage plans to maximize market penetration
- Identify emerging opportunities, new verticals, and high-value strategic accounts
- Represent RTI at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
Account Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts through regular business reviews and proactive engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and after-sales follow-through
- Coordinate with Finance, Shared Services, and Technical Support for seamless order fulfillment
Sales Execution
- Drive the complete B2B sales cycle: cold outreach ? presentation ? negotiation ? closure
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and product presentations for client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within authorized parameters
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, pricing shifts, and industry trends to sharpen RTI's positioning
- Surface actionable market insights to the Sales Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Recommend pricing, product, or strategy adjustments based on competitive findings
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit call reports, weekly sales plans, monthly summaries, and annual product reviews on time
- Maintain accurate records of pipelines, client interactions, quotation history, and forecasts
- Support business review cycles in coordination with the Sales Manager
Ad Hoc Support
- Assist in resolving customer complaints with full documentation and escalation where needed
- Contribute to product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal sales improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in support of commercial operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial trading, electronics, or a related technical field; fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude and demonstrated drive are welcome to apply
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of B2B sales cycles, account management, and commercial negotiation; reporting tool experience is an advantage; familiarity with semiconductor or electronics product categories is a plus
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills; confident presenting to and engaging with decision-makers at all levels
- Work Style: Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized; capable of working independently in a dynamic field environment with high personal and professional integrity
- Logistics: Willing to travel frequently across Metro Manila and the wider region for client meetings, sales calls, and events
