Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (experience in Bali is mandatory)
Strong understanding of residential design and construction processes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia highly regarded
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of villa and apartment construction projects
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
Lead project team including Site Managers, Engineers, and Consultants
Monitor project milestones and performance metrics
Ensure all project documentation, permits, and reporting are maintained
Manage procurement and logistics of construction materials
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality
Resolve project-level issues, delays, or conflicts
Deliver completed projects in line with client expectations and company standards
