Qualifications & experience
Based in Tabanan / Denpasar / Canggu / Pererenan Area
Preference education of Diploma (D3) or SMK in Hospitality or Tourism. From other majors are also welcome to apply
1–2 years of experience in a villa or hospitality managerial role
Good English skills, both spoken and written is a plus
Leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication with guests, staff, and external parties
Experienced in handling guest
Ability to handle issues and complaints swiftly
Skilled in negotiation
Understanding of local regulations and compliance
Tasks & responsibilities
Handle check-in and check-out
Arrange working schedules for housekeeping, gardener, and pool man
Ensure villa ready
Handling complaint
Ensure the guest has an amazing experience
