Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media) to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and team culture.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting our company as a "Great Place to Work" through recruitment events and digital presence.
Qualifications
Experience: Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Agencies or In-house).
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: A proactive "hunter" mentality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) for daily communication & reporting.
