Qualifications :
- Graduated Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields
- Male, have more 3-5 years experience in QA/QC within manufacturing company
- Understand inspection, product release, CAPA and quality documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is an advantage
- Experience in warehouse or dipatch coordination is preferred
- Responsible, hands-on and able to coordinate across departements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Job Profile :
- Manage incoming, in- process and final product inspection.
- Ensure products meet specification and customer requirements
- Control nonconforming products, rejection and corrective actions
- Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis
- Coordinate receiving, packing, dispatch and delivery readiness
- Monitor calibration and maintain quality records
- Support ISO, Audits, Kaizen, 5S and continous improvement activities
- Prepare quality performance and Business Excellence Reports
