  1. Handle daily bank transactions, payments, receipts, and cash management.

  2. Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

  3. Assist in payroll preparation and related payroll administration.

  4. Administer employee BPJS (Health and Employment) matters, including employee registration, updates, monthly contribution coordination, and related documentation.

  5. Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of contracts, financial documents, and other company records.

  6. Act as the company's finance liaison with the external Tax Consultant/Bookkeeper by preparing required documents and following up on taxation and accounting matters.

  7. Assist the Singapore Headquarters in providing financial data, reports, and supporting documents as required.

  8. Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Prior finance experience in the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics industry is highly preferred.

  • Good understanding of Indonesian Withholding Tax (WHT) regulations, particularly PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2), with the ability to identify the appropriate withholding tax treatment for business transactions.

  • Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations and able to coordinate effectively with external Tax Consultants and Bookkeepers.

  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively through emails and daily business communications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
