Job summary:
Manage sales policies, including the setup and maintenance of policy terms in the system, execution of merchant reimbursements, and monitoring of policy implementation.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret sales data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing insights to support business decisions.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, identify sales trends, and highlight potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
Handle dealer credit limit applications, coordinate with relevant departments, and monitor the approval process.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, pricing, rebates, promotions, and customer information in the system.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Department, including sales documentation, reporting, and process coordination.
Coordinate with Head Office and cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and company policies.
Support the implementation of sales campaigns, promotional programs, and incentive schemes by monitoring execution and preparing post-program analysis.
Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying operational issues and recommending solutions to enhance sales efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance.
2. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
3. Quick learning ability to rapidly adapt to various systems.
4. Strong employment stability and attention to detail.
5. English is a Must, Mandarin Preferred
