About the role
Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for an exciting new opportunity? William E. Connor & Associates LTD, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Furniture Division in Surabaya Office, East Java location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient production and delivery of high-quality furniture products.
What you'll be doing
To manage and monitor vendor production activities,
Ensuring orders are completed on time, in full, and according to quality requirements
To maintain close coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Work with internal system and overseeing weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate shipping department on vessel allocation for vendors.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the furniture sector
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good understanding of production flow and timelines
Problem-solving mindset (ability to handle delays/issues)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good attention to detail and organization
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vendors
Proactive and results-driven and have strong sense of urgency
Basic computer skills (Excel, internal systems, email)
Able to speak and write in English
