We are currently seeking a Senior Associate on behalf of our client, a well-established Legal Consultancy Firm.
What you'll be doing:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters related to business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Support investment transactions, tender processes, and other business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to support business objectives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the legal team.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained from a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Strong expertise in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented, and commercially focused legal advice.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior legal professionals is an advantage.
