Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree Electrical, Machine Engineering
Minimum 5 years work experience in General Affairs/General Support
Having a deep understanding on AHU Management and Service
Having a deep understanding about regulation and permit related to building management (including IPAL/ Wastewater management/ TPS B3, Lift, UKL UPL), office facilities, asset management, vendor management, and having general K3 certificate are preferred.
Have understanding on AHU Management
Experience in the healthcare or laboratory industry is preferred.
Experience on Building Facility Management
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Have a positive attitude, high initiative, well organized documentation, and work well in a team.
Thorough, critical, good analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Have good verbal and written communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Support and Manage the AHU Work Control
Support all office operational activities by ensuring that the building, all facilities, availability of work equipment assets, functioning, recorded, maintained, and well maintained according to the regulations and accreditation standards.
Ensure that relationships are maintained well with the environment around the company, with the relevant government and with providers of services/goods related to the company's activities.
Ensure that all K3 procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable standard procedures, to ensure the health, security and safety of the building, environment, facilities/facilities, and employees.
Manage and supervise the tasks, schedules, and work results of the Security Guard/Security team, cleaning team, including maintaining the cleanliness of the entire environment, handling waste, and receiving guests.
Create, implement, and develop work systems/procedures (SOP) related to K3 (safety), maintenance and procurement of work facilities/means/equipment and vendor management.
Ensure, control, and regulate the availability of facilities/means/equipment for work needs that are met on time, accurately/quality and in accordance with the specified budget. Including warehouses, storage cupboards, air conditioners, desk chairs, office stationery (ATK) and other work support things are needed by other departments.
