Job Description:
Supervise daily operations of the CSR team assigned to fleet accounts
Monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) are met
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
Handle escalated customer concerns related to fleet services, accounts, and transactions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of fleet-related requests (e.g., billing, service coordination, inquiries)
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, billing) to resolve issues efficiently
Prepare and submit performance reports and analysis to management
Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
