RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
Coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries
Update and manage customer databases
Monitor sales documentation and filing systems
Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin or Assistant Manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
