Qualifications

What You Bring• 2–3+ years of experience in a paralegal, licensing, or regulatory role.• Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry (behavioral health strongly preferred).• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and jurisdictions simultaneously.• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.• Clear, professional communication skills for agency and cross-functional collaboration.• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable steps.
