We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project operations.This role will also work closely with the Founder to support strategic and operational execution:
Job Description:
- Input procurement item lists and It's Budget
- Input detailed items to be purchased into Trello for tracking
- Assist in verifying material purchases against project requirements
- Handle SPH (Price Quotation) and coordinate with contractors
- Input closed project data and manage contractor workload plotting
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Estimator experience is preferred
- Able to use AutoCAD and Sketchup
- Good in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team
