Job Description:
Maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and related systems.
Provide first and second-level technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system and network performance, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and standard operating procedures.
Support user account administration, email management, and access control.
Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance, warranty claims, and IT service support.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
Assist in IT procurement by evaluating hardware and software requirements.
Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager or relevant vendors when necessary.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection, and information security standards.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Experience in maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity, backup, antivirus, and data protection practices.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation are an advantage.
