We are looking for a results-driven Cold Call Sales Specialist to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in opening conversations with potential clients and driving new business opportunities within the DTC space.

Our mission is to grow our clients’ sales while giving them peace of mind that their marketing operations are handled end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential DTC clients
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales Team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and results in CRM systems
- Execute email outreach and follow-up sequences
- Communicate DTC service offerings clearly and confidently
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
- Perform other related tasks as needed
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing fundamentals
- Lead generation and cold outreach strategies
- Sales scripts, objection handling, and qualification frameworks
- Internal tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist.
- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
- Motivated, Driven, Tech Savvy, Sociable Go Getters (No experience required, we will train the right candidate)
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
