Operation Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Inventory teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and operational productivity.

• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing planning.

• Ensure accurate inventory planning, stock control, and replenishment to support business needs.

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution processes.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrinkage, and implement improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other departments to align operational planning with business targets.

• Establish and maintain SOPs, operational KPIs, and reporting systems.

• Lead and develop team members to build a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

• Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar platforms).

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple teams and drive operational improvements.
