HR Development Manager

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

* Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan SDM yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan.

* Menyusun Training Need Analysis (TNA), annual training plan, dan kalender pelatihan perusahaan.

* Mengembangkan kurikulum, modul pelatihan, serta program onboarding, technical, soft skill, leadership, dan managerial development.

* Mengelola Learning & Development, termasuk evaluasi efektivitas pelatihan dan pengembangan internal trainer.

* Menyusun dan mengembangkan competency framework, competency mapping, serta competency assessment untuk seluruh jabatan.

* Merancang dan mengelola career path, talent management, succession planning, dan Individual Development Plan (IDP).

* Mengembangkan program Future Leader, Supervisor Development, Branch Manager Development, dan program pengembangan talenta lainnya.

* Mengelola proses assessment karyawan untuk promosi, mutasi, talent pool, dan pengembangan karier, termasuk psikotes dan assessment center.

* Menyusun sistem performance development, coaching, mentoring, serta Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

* Mengembangkan budaya belajar, employee engagement, knowledge sharing, dan program pengembangan organisasi (Organization Development).

* Menyusun serta melakukan evaluasi SOP, kebijakan, dan sistem HR Development secara berkelanjutan.

* Menganalisis data HR Development dan menyusun laporan serta rekomendasi kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi

* Minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait.

* Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Human Resource Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, atau Organization Development, dengan minimal 2 tahun pada level Supervisor/Manager.

* Memiliki pengalaman menyusun sistem HR Development secara end-to-end menjadi nilai tambah.

* Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan retail, distribusi, FMCG, atau perusahaan dengan banyak cabang/outlet.

* Memahami Training Need Analysis (TNA), Learning & Development, Competency Framework, Career Path, Talent Management, Succession Planning, KPI & Performance Management, serta Assessment Center.

* Memahami penggunaan alat psikotes dan proses asesmen kompetensi menjadi nilai tambah.

* Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, mentoring, public speaking, komunikasi, analytical thinking, problem solving, serta project management yang baik.

* Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke cabang dan toko apabila diperlukan.
