Yukerja Summary
The B2B Travel Sales Manager role at Katibe House Restaurant is curated from JobStreet (category Marketing & Penjualan). Note the work location (Bali) before applying. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.
A fast-growing DMC (Destination Management Company) based in Bali, Indonesia, specialising inbound travel for guests from the MENA region, Turkey, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. We deliver full-service Bali experiences — tours, transfers, dining, accommodation — to B2B travel agencies across these markets.
We are hiring a B2B Travel Sales Manager to own our full agency pipeline, lead a team and drive the commercial engine . You will be the most senior commercial hire in the company — reporting directly to the General Manager and building the sales culture from the ground up.
This role is for someone who has sold to travel agencies before, understands how travellers think and travel, and is energised by the challenge of building a high-performing sales team in one of the world's most exciting inbound tourism niches.
• Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience in travel, tourism, DMC, or inbound tour operations
• Proven track record of agency partnership development — can name agencies you signed and what volume they generated
• Strong understanding of traveller needs — halal food, prayer facilities, modest venue preferences
• Experience working with or selling to MENA, Turkish, or Central Asian travel agencies
• CRM proficiency — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent — daily user, not occasional
• Fluent English — all B2B communication with international agencies is in English
• Based in Bali or committed to relocating — this is a fully on-site role in a fast-paced environment
• Team leadership experience — has managed or mentored junior sales staff
• Fluent Arabic or Turkish — ability to communicate directly with MENA and Turkish agency partners in their language
• Existing agency network in GCC, Levant, Turkey, Pakistan, or Central Asia — contacts you can activate from day one
• Experience with halal-certified travel products or Muslim-friendly hospitality
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism product — hotels, circuits, activities, and suppliers
Familiarity with OTA booking platforms
