Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with building owners, management companies, and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, content, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively address any operational or business issues.
