Yukerja Summary

The M&A Analyst role at Paradise Media is curated from Himalayas (category Marketing & Penjualan). This role is marked as remote — check timezone and location requirements on the official listing. Yukerja.com is not the employer — applications are handled on the official source site.

Paradise Media is a fast-growing performance marketing company behind some of the most successful affiliate and iGaming brands in the world. We run a global network of high-authority sites across casino, sports, and entertainment built on data, experimentation, and top-tier SEO.

We’re a private company with strong capital reserves and no outside investors, making us a stable, independent, and fast-moving place to grow your career. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, have a real voice in strategy, and see your ideas go live fast.

We’re scaling quickly to become one of the largest privately-owned companies in iGaming. A team where smart, driven people can have a massive impact and build something enduring.

About the role

We are a digital marketing firm in the iGaming sector seeking a M&A Analyst to lead buy-side asset acquisitions. In this role, you will own the full acquisition lifecycle - from a qualified lead through evaluation and due diligence to a signed contract. You will spend most days reading website data, pushing back on inflated asking prices, walking sellers down from emotional valuations, flagging which opportunities are worth pursuing, and coordinating with leadership on which deals we should fund.

We are looking for an individual who approaches every transaction with a disciplined investor’s mindset, utilising data to identify vulnerabilities, challenge valuations, and secure the most favorable terms for the company.

This role can be based in Malta (hybrid) or remote within Europe.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Full acquisition lifecycle - from qualified lead to signed deal.
  • SEO evaluation of every target - assess organic health and recommend whether to proceed or pass.
  • Due diligence leadership - you drive it. Internal legal and technical teams will support you, but the deal logic is yours.
  • Live negotiation with sellers - async (email/chat) and live (calls). Sellers don't sit in one timezone; schedule flex matters.
  • The go/no-go recommendation to leadership, with the financial and strategic case. Capital approval sits with the exec team.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English, comfortable on live calls and reading contracts.
  • Proven negotiation experience in any domain
  • Preference given to candidates with iGaming M&A experience, or overall SEO-related/digital M&A experience
  • SEO experience required.
  • Schedule flexibility for cross-timezone seller calls.
  • Direct experience evaluating, buying, or selling content websites.
  • Exposure to iGaming, affiliate, or digital publishing.

Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
