Project-Based - Inventory and Logistics Management Assistant
Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Employment Type: Project-Based / Contractual
Project Duration: 3–6 months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and supplier communications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly to ensure proper stock levels.
- Monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouse or project sites, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support procurement and supply chain activities by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, logistics performance, and project-based stock requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing goods, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, cost control, and stock management.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team for project-specific operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment with deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvements.
Minimum daily wage: ?695 per day (Manila rate)
Compensation is compliant with the prevailing minimum wage for Metro Manila.
