We’re looking for motivated team players who can deliver top-tier customer experience and close sales through online chat platforms.
What You'll Do
- Be the digital face of Finn Cotton – Chat with customers through Facebook Messenger and other platforms
- Sell with purpose – Understand products and confidently engage and close online sales conversations
- Support transactions – Help customers through online payments and bank transfers
- Deliver great service – Track the customer journey and ensure a seamless buying experience
- Assist teammates – Coordinate with logistics, store staff, and fulfillment teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, service-oriented, and goal-driven
- Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate (an advantage)
- Computer proficient and comfortable with messaging tools
- Chat-based sales or BPO experience is a plus
- Strong written communication and ability to multitask
- Willing to work on-site and follow shifting schedules
