Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2.Max 10 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or industrial projects
3.Strong understanding of piling systems, foundation works,installation methods, and testing procedures (PDA, PlT, loadtests)
4.Familiar with temporary works design and construction(access roads, platforms, drainage, shoring, formwork, and site facilities)
5.Experience supervising civil subcontractors, piling crews, and construction site activities
6.Knowledge of relevant engineering standards and codes(ASTM, SNI, ACl, or equivalent)
7.Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
8.Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and survey data
9.Strong commitment to HSE requirements and safe construction practices
10.Good written and verbal communication skills in English
11.Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills
12.Experience with piling rigs, earthmoving equipment, and concrete works is preferred
13.Certifications such as AK3 Konstruksi, Piling/Foundation Inspector, First Aid, Rigging, or Crane Signaling are an advantage
14.Previous experience in Indonesian Oil & Gas projects is preferred
15.Willing to work on-site and follow project schedules, including extended workdays when required
