Capable of working under pressure while meeting strict company sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
Conduct regular visits to property agent offices to maintain relationships and strengthen engagement.
Provide clear and accurate product knowledge, including project details and current sales programs, to agents.
Represent the company professionally when dealing with external agent partners and other stakeholders.
Develop and expand the company’s agent network by identifying potential partners and maintaining ongoing partnerships.
Support external agents throughout the sales process, ensuring transactions follow company SOPs and compliance standards.
Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance or follow-up to improve productivity.
Assist in organizing agent gatherings, training sessions, or promotional activities when required.
Prepare and maintain reports related to agent visits, activities, and sales progress.
